Great news! PCARC obtained a club license, KI5PQW, for use at a club shack and special events like Field Day. Currently, Dawson Lightfoot (KI5KMQ) is the designated FCC license trustee. PCARC Achieves ARRL Affiliation
On 23 February 2021, the Park Cities Amateur Radio Clubbecame formally affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (see ARRL.org)! This is great news – both PCARC and PCARC members can make use of the many benefits of this important affiliation.
PCARC Adopts Constitution
On 30 September 2020, the Park Cities Amateur Radio Club adopted a formal constitution. As with many American Radio Relay League affiliated clubs, the constitution makes clear that education and public service are central to the purpose of the club.
